§ 32.031  APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint the members of the City Housing and Redevelopment Commission upon the recommendation of the Mayor and City Council confirmation, and said appointments shall be made pursuant to the provisions of Act 18 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1933 (Extra Session), as amended.
