§ 32.030  ESTABLISHMENT.
   Pursuant to Public Act 18 of the Extra Session of 1933, as amended by Public Act 80 of 1935, Public Act 265 of 1937, and Public Act 5 of the Extra Session of 1938, a commission is hereby created in and for the city to be known as the City Housing Commission.
