§ 32.019 EXPENDITURES; RESTRICTION.

The Planning Commission shall operate as specifically enumerated by M.C.L.A. §§125.3801 et seq., the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3101 et seq., or other applicable zoning statutes as may be amended from time to time.
