§ 32.018  POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Planning Commission shall be exempt from the annual preparation of a capital improvements program of public structures and improvements.
   (B)   The Planning Commission shall have the powers and duties as are specifically enumerated by M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3801 et seq., the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3101 et seq., or other applicable zoning statutes as may be amended from time to time.
