§ 10.19 LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY.

Whenever in this code of ordinances a reference is made to persons having attained the age of 21 years, such reference shall be construed as applicable to persons having attained the age of 18 years, the state having by official legislative action determined the legal age of majority to be 18 years.
