§ 152.05 BOND; FILING PREREQUISITE.
   Prior to the issuance of any license hereunder the licensee shall furnish a surety bond in the sum of $1,000 in favor of the city, conditioned upon prompt observance of all the terms and provisions of this chapter and conditions of the permit.
