§ 151.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Double permit fees an fine of $50 will be charged where installation has been instituted prior to a permit being secured.
   (B)   Second violations of this chapter will involve the revocation of registration of the contractor and issuance of any permits from the city to the contractor until proper permits are obtained.
