Permit fees for the erection, relocation, alteration or repair of all signs shall be as follows:
(A) Signs. Minimum fee for sign permits, $25.
(B) Erection permits:
(1) Billboards (not over 100 square feet in area), $25.
Over 100 square feet in area or fraction thereof up to 200 square feet per square foot, $6.
Over 200 square feet in area or fraction thereof, up to 300 square feet per square foot, $12.
(2) Wall signs:
Not over 16 square feet in area, $25.
Greater than 16 square feet in area but less than or equal to 100 square feet, $50.
(3) Projecting signs and marquees:
Not over 16 square feet in area, $25.
Greater than 16 square feet in area but less than or equal to 32 square feet, $50.
Each additional 32 square feet in area or fraction thereof up to 50 square feet maximum, $4.
Roof signs (not over 100 square feet in area), $25.
Ground signs (not over 16 square feet in area), $25.
Greater than 16 square feet in area but less than or equal to 100 square feet, $20.
Each additional 100 square feet of display area or fraction thereof up to 200 square feet, $6.
See-through surface (same as ground sign up to 50% of the window area)
(C) Temporary signs and banners. All temporary signs, banner displays, pennant strings or similar decorations shall be subject to a deposit, in addition to the permit fee, to guarantee removal upon expiration of the temporary permit. The fees and deposits will be as follows:
