§ 151.049 EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM FEES.

   Permit fees for the following equipment and systems shall be as follows:

   (A)   Fuel, oil fired equipment.

	Fee
Burners (new or replacement):
Portable heaters, each	$20
All other oil burners, new or replacement, including aboveground fuel oil storage not exceeding 550 gallons
Five GPH and under, each	35
Over 50 GPH, each	45
Combination gas-oil burners	80
Alterations to existing installations	30
Storage tanks or drums:
Total drums, not exceeding four in number, each location	$15
Not exceeding 550 gallons:
Above ground, each installation	19
Under ground, each tank	27
Over 550 to 5,000 gallons, each tank	46
Over 5,000 to 20,000 gallons, each tank	60
Over 20,000 to 50,000 gallons, tach tank	75
Over 50,000 to 200,000 gallons, each tank	90

   (B)   Gas fired equipment.

Over 500 to 1,200 gallons	70
Over 1,200 gallons	80
Storage tanks:
Total storage on premises, not connected to a system or appliance, having a water capacity of:
60 gallons or less	$30
Over 60 gallons to 1,200 gallons	50
Over 1,200 gallons	70

Commercial and industrial:
Ductwork, steam and hot water distribution systems fees shall be based on the cost of the work and shall be calculated as follows:
Less than $1,000 valuation	30
Over $1,000 but not over $10,000 plus $3 for each additional $1,000 or part thereof over and above the first $1,000 valuation.	30
Over $10,000 but not over $50,000 plus $3 for each $1,000 or part over and above the first $10,000 valuation  plus $2 for each additional $1,000 or part over and above the first $50,000 valuation	60
