(A) The permit fee for each installation permit shall normally include no more than one rough inspection and/or one final inspection. All additional inspections necessitated by the work not being ready or not being properly completed at the time inspection was called for, all reinspection of violation corrections, all inspections of repairs and/or alterations not covered in the permit fee schedule, all overtime inspections, all special inspections not otherwise provided for and all extra inspections made at the request of the owner or the contractor shall be charged for as specified in § 151.005.
(1) Low pressure steam or hot water boilers (under 300 square feet heating surface, when inspection is requested):
Each location, $45.
(2) Shop inspections of boilers and pressure vessels:
Each location visit, each unit, $45.
(3) Secondhand boilers and secondhand pressure vessels:
Each inspection visit, each unit, $45.
