(A) Industrial buildings, warehouses, engineering laboratories and large office buildings where qualified licensed tradesmen are employed on a full-time basis shall apply for an annual maintenance permit. The fees charged for annual maintenance permits shall be in lieu of regular permit fees for the maintenance, repair and alteration to existing buildings or systems only and shall be paid in addition to any appropriate annual inspection fee for the said buildings or premises. Work on new buildings, additions, and the like, or major alterations, shall require separate building permits as specified in § 151.023.
(B) Permit fees. The fees for annual maintenance permits for buildings over 1,000 square feet in floor area shall be as follows:
