(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating § 92.02(A) shall be fined $35.

(C) Any person violating § 92.02(B) through (H)’s rules and regulations shall be fined up to $25.

(D) Anyone violating the provisions of § 92.04 shall be fined $25 for the first violation within any calendar year, $50 for any subsequent violation within 12 months of the first violation, and $100 for any third or subsequent violation with 12 months of the first violation.
