(A) No alcoholic beverages shall be possessed inside the park premises.
(B) No motor vehicles, motorcycles or any off-road vehicles such as dirt bikes, dune buggies or snowmobiles shall be allowed in the playground area.
(C) No vehicle shall exceed the speed limit of ten mph in the park area.
(D) All trash shall be placed in the proper containers.
(E) (1) All animals in the park premises shall be under restraint and supervision.
(2) No person shall allow his or her animal to roam at large on the park premises.
(F) No organizations or person using the park for public or private use shall leave litter, trash or garbage on park grounds.
(G) No person shall remain in the park after 11:00 p.m. or immediately following any recreational game lasting beyond 11:00 p.m., unless authorized by the Park Board.
(H) Any assemblies shall be approved by the Park Board.
