(A) Except as provided in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to make, reproduce, manufacture, display or use the seal, the logo, or any representation thereof, or use a design that closely resembles the seal or logo for any purpose whatsoever in a manner that creates a misleading, erroneous, or false impression that the use is authorized by the city.
(B) A violation of §§ 10.20 through and including 10.21 or maintaining such any such violation shall constitute a public nuisance subject to the provisions set forth in Chapter 12, including, but not limited to, the imposition of any and all civil and/or criminal penalties that may apply.
