§ 117.15 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall, within the city, conduct or allow to be con ducted on such person's behalf, the solicitation of funds for charitable purposes unless the person holds a valid charitable solicitor permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.
