(A) No person who owns, or has possession or control of any vehicle shall park or leave standing, any vehicle or house car on any street or alley for more than 72 consecutive hours.
(B) For the purpose of this section, a vehicle shall be considered parked or left standing for more than 72 hours if it has not been moved to a location more than 1,000 feet away from the location at which it was originally parked.
