§ 152.04 ASSESSMENT OF COST AGAINST PROPERTY OWNER.
   Upon completion of the work and approval of the cost thereof, the City Council may cause the assessment of the cost of work against such property by the recording of a lien for the amount of such costs against the real property as set forth in Chapter 14 of this code.
