(A) If any person, firm or corporation fails to neglects to activate the required dust control sprinkler system or water trucks within the time specified by this chapter, the City Manager through the city employees authorized by him, shall cause such sprinkler system and/or water trucks to be activated. The work of watering for dust control may be done by city crews or by any commercial water truck company.
(B) A report of the proceedings and an accurate cost of the work on each separate property shall be filed with the City Council. If more than one lot or parcel in a subdivision is affected, the total cost incurred will be divided equally to reflect an equal square of the cost for each lot or parcel in the subdivision.
