Title 6, Animals, of the Riverside County Code of Ordinances, as amended and in effect on June 19, 2013, is adopted by reference as the “Animal Control Ordinance” of the City of Indio subject to certain amendments and deletions as hereinafter provided.
A copy of Title 6, Animals, of the Riverside County Code of Ordinance, in effect on June 19, 2013 has been deposited in the Office of the City Clerk and shall at all times be maintained by the City Clerk for use and examination by the public.
