§ 70.100.1 ADVERTISING VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall operate or drive any vehicle used for advertising and equipped with a sound amplifying or loud speaking device upon any street or alley at any time within the Central Business District.
   (B)   The City Engineer or designee may by written permit authorize the operation of any such vehicle.
