§ 34.171 NOTICE OF CHANGES TO ORDINANCE.
   If a tax under this subchapter is added, repealed, increased, reduced, or the tax base is changed, the Tax Administrator shall follow the notice requirements of Cal. Pub. Util. Code § 799.
