Any person who violates this chapter, or any plan approved or permit granted hereunder, shall be subject to a fine of no more than $4,000 per violation and shall comply with such remedial orders as may be issued by the EPSC Board. Each act of violation and each day during which the violation exists after the period granted by § 156.078(C) and (D) to remedy the violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
