§ 156.076 FEES.
   (A)   A fee, charges, and expenses schedule may be established by the MSD for the administration and management of the EPSC program created by this chapter, including fees to cover the costs of processing applications and variances and conducting field inspections.
   (B)   No application for action required by this chapter shall be accepted until such fees are paid in full.
