§ 155.228 RELEASE OF BUILDER’S BOND.
   Application for release of a builder’s bond (§ 155.227) may be made by filing a certificate with the Planning Commission and the Director of Works or the MSD in conformance with § 155.371 bearing notice that false statements made therein are punishable. Within 60 days of receipt of application for release of a builder’s bond, the Director of Planning, Director of Works, or the MSD may make an inspection of the subdivision and shall grant the release where it appears to his or her reasonable satisfaction that the required improvements are installed and are in good repair and functioning properly on and adjacent to the lot and that there is no reason to believe that construction on the lot has or will cause malfunctioning of installed improvements in other areas.
