§ 154.40 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BACKYARD. The portion of a lot located behind the house and behind lines parallel to the street on which the house faces and extending from each rear corner of the house perpendicular to the side property lines. For corner lots, the BACKYARD extends to only the one side property line and does not include area between the side building line and the side street.
   WATT LIMITS. Amount of light in lumens or candlepower emitted from an incandescent light of the stated wattage, regardless of the actual type of light source.
