§ 152.42 VEHICLES TRACKING MUD FROM CONSTRUCTION SITE ONTO STREET PROHIBITED; INSPECTION.
   (A)   No vehicle shall enter any city streets from a lot described in § 152.41 in such condition that it will dispense and deposit mud from the site onto the city streets.
   (B)   All vehicles entering or leaving a lot or site described in this section shall be subject to inspection by such persons as are designated by the city.
