§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 152.55 through 152.59 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense, and each day said violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. A violation of these provisions shall also constitute a civil offense and shall subject the offender to a civil penalty not to exceed $100 for each offense and to be recovered by the city in a civil action in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within the prescribed period of time set by the city after having been cited for the ordinance violation.
