§ 52.203 DESIGN STANDARDS. 
   (A)   Quantity. No more than two small cell facilities may be located on the same wireless support structure or existing wood utility pole in the public way.
   (B)   Height. Wireless support structures and small cell facilities shall not exceed 40 feet in height, which includes all equipment, antennas, enclosures, etc. Equipment shall not extend more than five feet above the new or existing wireless support structure.
   (C)   Where a new wireless support structure is proposed, the structure shall be a wood utility pole and shall be consistent and complimentary with the surrounding wood utility poles in terms of height, materials, color, and scale.
   (D)   Wireless support structures shall align with other poles to achieve a uniform in-line appearance, unless otherwise approved by the City Manager.
   (E)   Each antenna and all associated equipment shall not exceed six cubic feet in volume.
   (F)   All portions of a small cell facility, other than an antenna as identified by R.C. Chapter 4939, shall not exceed 28 cubic feet and shall be located in an enclosure as small as possible. The calculation of equipment volume shall not include electric meters, concealment elements, telecommunications demarcation boxes, grounding equipment, power transfer switches, cut-off switches, and vertical cable runs for the connection of power and other services.
   (G)   Small cell facilities shall not extend more than 24" away from the pole on which it is mounted.
   (H)   All small cell facilities related equipment, shall be wholly contained within an enclosure so as not to be visible and all equipment shall be mounted to the back side of the pole (opposite the vehicular travel lane), unless otherwise approved by the City Manager.
   (I)   All small cell facilities related equipment, including but not limited to, antenna, boxes, conduit, wires, cabinets, equipment enclosures, meters, switches, straps, etc. shall be painted to match the wireless support structure which it is attached to.
   (J)   Ambient noise suppression shall be used to ensure that the equipment does not, in the reasonable opinion of the enforcing official, adversely impact the occupants of abutting properties or the equipment shall be installed in locations that are less likely to impact adjacent properties.
   (K)   Unless otherwise required for compliance with FAA or FCC regulations, the small cell facility or wireless support structure shall not include any permanently installed lights. Any lights associated with the equipment shall be appropriately shielded from public view.
   (L)   All new wireless support structures shall be constructed to support two small cell facilities in order to allow for collocation.
