§ 154.186 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS.

The Commission shall recommend in writing to the Village Council such changes or additions to the subdivision regulations upon conclusion of a public hearing. Such changes or additions shall become effective after their adoption by the Village Council by the passage of an amendment to this chapter.
