The City Manager shall:
(A) Enforce the provisions of this chapter;
(B) Conduct a pre-platting conference, if requested by the applicant;
(C) Maintain permanent and current records of this chapter, including amendments thereto;
(D) Receive, file and distribute all concept plans, construction plans, subdivision applications, preliminary and final plats and supporting data;
(E) Review and approve, disapprove or approve with conditions, construction plans;
(F) Receive, file and record final plats with the proper authority; and
(G) Make all other determinations required by the regulations contained herein.
