§ 154.151 GENERAL INTENTION.
   Requirements set forth in this subchapter are minimal in scope and are not to be interpreted as a restriction on landscaping efforts. Innovative ideas to naturalize disturbed landscapes that are not required to be protected pursuant to § 154.110 through 154.116 of this chapter are encouraged as long as they meet the overall objective of this section and the approval of the Planning Commission.
