As part of the application for concept plan approval or for preliminary plat approval, as the case may be, an applicant shall submit all information reasonably necessary to identify and verify the existence, if any, of the natural resource features listed in § 154.113. All plans for development shall clearly identify the location and total areas of all such features and shall conform to the resource protection standards set forth in § 154.113. The types and amount of natural resources requiring protection pursuant to § 154.113 shall be calculated and submitted as part of the concept plan or preliminary plat applications using the form set forth in the appendix to this chapter. A resource protection manual (Guide to Applying Natural Resource Protection Standards to a Proposed Development) may be obtained at the office of the City Manager.
