§ 154.114 CANOPY FOREST ABUTTING VILLAGE STREETS.
   Any portion of a parcel of land which abuts a principal or secondary village street listed in § 154.009, and which consists of mature or young canopy forest shall be designated as a resource protection area in its natural condition along the lot frontage for a minimum depth of 30 feet. The property owner may clear areas for driveways and utilities, but in no case shall these areas exceed 20% of the frontage. Such areas must be included in the calculation made for mature or young canopy forests pursuant to the appendix to this chapter.
