§ 154.102 MONUMENTS.
   Monuments shall be placed in accordance with the specifications and provisions for boundary surveys in the State of Ohio, R.C. Chapter 4733-37, or as amended. Each lot in the subdivision shall have permanent monuments set to enable surveyors to correctly identify resource protection areas.
