§ 154.099 PUBLIC UTILITIES.
   (A)   Telephone, electric, gas, water, and cable T.V. service lines. All telephone, electric, gas, water and cable service lines shall be placed underground throughout the entire subdivision area. All conduits or cables shall be placed within easements or dedicated public ways in a manner which will not conflict with other underground service. All such telephone, electric, gas, water and cable service lines shall be located and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage. Above-ground structures identified with said underground service facilities shall be located so as not to be unsightly or hazardous to the public and shall be landscaped.
   (B)   Water service. Installation of water service mains shall conform to the provisions of Chapter 52 (Water Works).
   (C)   Utility easements. Utility easements of not less than ten feet in width shall be dedicated where necessary to provide a proper continuity for such utilities from lot to lot and from block to block. No structures shall be constructed upon the easements. Additional easements shall be provided for utilities, drainage an other public services and requirements in order to provide proper operation and maintenance of said facilities.
