Upon receipt by the Planning Commission of a complete application for concept plan, preliminary or final plat approval, as the case may be, and the reports of the City Manager, City Engineer and Green Areas Advisory Committee pursuant to the applicable sections hereof, the application shall be placed on the Planning Commission agenda and considered by the Planning Commission at a regularly scheduled meeting within 30 working days. Upon placement of an application upon the Planning Commission agenda, the applicant may request that the application be continued to a subsequent meeting.
