§ 154.006 SEVERABILITY.

If any sentence, clause, section, word or words, or part of this chapter is for any reason found to be un-constitutional, illegal, or invalid, that unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections, word or words and parts of this chapter.
