§ 154.005 NONAPPLICABILITY.
   These subdivision regulations shall not be applicable to:
   (A)   The division of land for agricultural purposes into parcels of more than ten acres;
   (B)   The conveyance of land owned by a public utility, which does not involve any new streets or easements of access;
   (C)   The conveyance of land for roadway or other public purposes or grants or conveyances relating to the dedication of land for public use or instruments relating to the vacation of land impressed with a public use;
   (D)   Conveyances made to correct descriptions in prior conveyances;
   (E)   The division or partition of land into parcels of more than five acres not involving any new streets or easements of access; or
   (F)   The sale or exchange of parcels between adjoining lot owners, if such sale or exchange does not create additional building sites.
