(A) No person shall construct, enlarge, alter, repair, or maintain any grading, excavation, or fill, or cause the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any terms of these regulations. Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with, or violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and on conviction thereof shall be fined $1,000 for each violation offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day upon which a violation occurs or continues to occur. In addition to any other penalty authorized by this section, any person, partnership, or corporation convicted of violating any of the provisions of these regulations shall be required to bear the expense of such restoration.
(B) The City Solicitor is authorized, upon evidence of probable cause of violation, and to prevent future violation, to bring an action in a court of appropriate jurisdiction to enjoin violation of the provisions hereof.
