In the event any member's health or physical condition is such as to render him unable to perform his duties as a member of the department with full effectiveness and there is no other existing position open to him upon which he is qualified, having in mind his physical condition and health, will enable him to be an effective member of the department, or of the Village of Indian Hill, the City Manager may take action as he/she may deem best with respect to limited duty or discharge of members who fail to have the physical condition and health sufficient to permit the member’s full and effective service as a member of the department or of the Village of Indian Hill.
