(A) All appeals from decisions on matters contained in the Ohio Basic Building Code, shall be entered with the Hamilton County Board of Building Appeals, as provided in R.C. § 307.38. The Board has been authorized and established under R.C. § 307.38, 307.381, 3781.19 and 3781.20, and is fully certified to hear such appeals.
(B) Matters contained solely in the Hamilton County Building Code (1-2-3 family dwellings) shall be heard by the same Board; but where such contract does not provide for services for one-, two-, and three-family dwellings, such appeals must be heard by the municipal board of building appeals.
