(A) Village building code. The village has heretobefore and hereby adopts the Hamilton County and Ohio Basic Building Codes as and for its building code within the limits of the village.

(B) Adoption of Hamilton County Building Code by reference. Ordinance 4-76, passed 1-26-76, which sets forth rules and regulations for the erection, construction, alteration, and use of buildings is adopted by reference as if fully set out. Copies of this ordinance and all amendments shall be available for public inspection at the village offices.
