§ 134.05 INJURY OF PERSONS BY HUNTERS.
   (A)   No person, while in the act of hunting, pursuing, taking, or killing of game or birds, shall act in a negligent, careless, or reckless manner so as to injure persons or property.

   (B)   Any person failing to comply with this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
