§ 134.04 HUNTING WITHOUT PERMISSION.
   (A)   No person shall hunt or trap upon any lands, pond, lake, or private waters of another, or shoot, shoot at, catch, kill, injure, or pursue a wild bird, wild waterfowl, or wild animal thereon without obtaining written permission from the owner or his authorized agent.
   (B)   Any person failing to comply with this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. If the offender persists in the offense after a reasonable warning or request to desist, the offender shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
