The City Manager is granted authority to enter into contracts and to perform acts subject to Council's approval, for the administration of public health affairs and to take advantage of R.C. §§ 3709.07 and 3709.08 (relating to contracts with other health districts for services) and R.C. § 3709.09 (relating to subsidies from the state) and all other sections of the Revised Code and other applicable laws.
