§ 111.30 FCC RULEMAKING.
   The village asserts that FCC Report and Order Docket No. 92-263, released April 7, 1993 and effective July 1, 1993, established minimum standards of customer service ("FCC Customer Service Standards"). The village asserts that any cable operator providing service within the village will abide by and comply with the FCC Customer Service Standards and with any subsequent amendments thereto during the term of its franchise. The village further asserts the right to establish standards beyond those established per federal law, and that more stringent requirements are not preempted by the minimum standards enumerated by the FCC.
