§ 33.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION.
   (A)   There is created, pursuant to R.C. § 149.39, the Village Records Commission.
   (B)   The members of the Records Commission shall be the City Manager, or his or her appointed representative as chairperson, City Solicitor, Clerk/Comptroller and a resident to be named by the City Manager.
   (C)   The Records Commission shall meet at least annually, and upon the call of the chairperson.
