§ 92.03 CHIEF OF FIRE DEPARTMENT; CORPORATION COUNSEL.
   (A)   Whenever the terms CHIEF OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT or CORPORATION COUNSEL are used in the code they shall be held to mean the Manager and the Solicitor of the village, respectively.
   (B)   Provisions of the fire prevention code relating to uses prohibited by the zoning laws or other ordinances of the village shall not be construed as permitting such uses.
