§ 91.15 MONITORS ON BRIDLE TRAILS.
   (A)   The Mayor may appoint bridle trail monitors in such numbers as he or she may deem appropriate from time to time, whose duties shall be to request identification of riders on horseback bridle trails of the village for the purpose of learning whether the riders are properly licensed.
   (B)   The enforcement duties of the bridle trail monitors shall be limited to reporting riders without licenses to the Indian Hill Rangers for issuance of citations, and reporting any other violation of law they observe along the bridle trails of the village.
   (C)   The monitors shall be 21 years of age or more. The City Manager shall provide appropriate badges or other insignia to identify the persons serving as monitors.
