(A) Each resident of the village procuring a license hereunder shall pay the sum of $100 beginning June 1, 2021 and $125 beginning June 1, 2022 for each license or renewal thereof, however, a family fee shall be available at $175 beginning June 1, 2021 and $200 beginning June 1, 2022 to cover the first two members and $20 beginning June 1, 2021 and $25 beginning June 1, 2022 for each additional member of the family having need for a license under the terms hereof. Any resident procuring a license hereunder after December 1 shall pay half of these amounts, as appropriate, and the license so procured shall be issued to expire on the following May 31.
(B) Each non-resident of the village procuring a license hereunder shall pay the sum of $125 beginning June 1, 2021 and $150 beginning June 1, 2022 per year for each license or renewal hereof; however, a family fee shall be available at $225 beginning June 1, 2021 and $250 beginning June 1, 2022 to cover the first two members and $25 beginning June 1, 2021 and $30 beginning on June 1, 2022 for each additional member of the family having need for a license under the terms hereof. Any non-resident procuring a license hereunder after December 1 shall pay half of these amounts, as appropriate, and the license so procured shall be issued to expire on the following May 31.
(C) All non-residents of the village who were not current bridle trail members prior to April 24, 2000, shall, upon paying the membership fees specified under division (B) above, also be responsible for paying a one-time initiation fee in the amount of $175 per non-resident member beginning June 1, 2021 and $200 beginning June 1, 2022.
(D) Holders of bridle trail licenses may purchase daily passes for guests to ride in the village with a licensed rider from the following sources: The Village of Indian Hill Administrative Offices during normal business hours; The Indian Hill Rangers' front desk after normal business hours; and, any private stable or riding association which has entered into an agreement with the village to serve as an agent for the collection of bridle trail fees. Guest licenses may be purchased for $15 per day for each resident guest and $25 per day for each non-resident guest.
